SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Shipping within Australia will vary depending on the product ordered. Please contact us if you need a more precise time frame.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

Extreme Creations ships to most destinations around the world and we use Australia Post International trackable service (where available) for all our international orders. For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST?

Shipping is calculatd on checkout based on your location. If your country is not in the options for shipping then please conatct us as we will need to give you a personalised quote.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 3 -5 working days of shipping. You will be notified when your order is shipped. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact us with your details. For International delivery, you should receive your order within 7-10 working days for express or 10-21 working days for standard once your item has shipped. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact us with your details. A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up.  If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate these when required on the delivery details page as you are checking out. If there will be any delay in shipping your order we will notify you via email. While every effort is made to have your package arrive within the expected timeframe we do not guarantee shipping times as they are beyond our control.

WHAT IS EXTREME CREATIONS' RETURNS POLICY?

INSTORE RETURNS POLICY 

Please choose items carefully, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind we will happily exchange the item or provide a store credit to the same value provided you return it within 7 days from the date of purchase, unused and in its original condition with labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt. This does not apply to brake lines or anything that was custom built to your requirements. Sale items will only be exchanged for another item or part thereof, or refunded provided you return it within 7 days from the date of purchase, in its original condition with the original packaging (if it was packaged) and with our original receipt.

Our customers’ right to a refund of purchase price

Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose.

You are entitled to request a refund for items you purchase from Extreme Creations if the item is: 

(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or

(b) not ‘of merchantable quality’, meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or

(c) not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would;

And you return the item in the "as supplied" condition within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Extreme Creations with proof of purchase or bank statement. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.

Extreme Creations reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.

Any refund offered is limited to the value of the original purchase price of our product or part thereof less any shipping costs.

Extreme Creations is not liable and does not reimburse for expenses incured from any third party whether the cost was directy or indirectly caused by our product. 

You are NOT entitled to a refund if custom parts are made to your supplied specifications and there is an error in the specifications, please double check all specifications & measurments prior to supplying them to us.  

 

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY (Applies to domestic and international customers)

For online customers, the Returns Policy also applies; however please note the following terms and conditions:

If what you’ve purchased is not suitable due to any of the above we are happy to offer you a refund (or exchange in store only) subject to the following

  • You must return any items within 14 days of receiving your order
  • We can only accept returns if items are unused and in their original condition with labels/tickets attached
  • NO returns on custom items that were built to your requirements.
  • For online returns you must show your order confirmation email, which acts as your tax invoice

We recommend you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges.

 

Extreme Creations' ‘Change of Mind’ Policy

Extreme Creations is not legally obligated to give refunds of the purchase price on items or gift cards or exchange them simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase. 

This also includes incorrectly ordered parts, we may offer a refund less a 20% restocking fee (less any shipping charges) if the goods are returned to us & deemed to be in as supplied condition. Please contact us before returning any goods, no returned goods will be accepted without prior arrangements.
