We've just completed a small run of these billet top clamps to suit 99-07 Hayabusa , perfect when converting to a streetfighter or just as a comfort kit conversion. $550 in raw machined finish or $580 anodised Black, supplied with risers to suit either regular 7/8 bars or Fatbars. 08- model avaliable soon also.

There's a considerable weight saving over the standard setup as well.

Makes for a much more comfortable ride...

Something else weve been working on is this billet swingarm for a customers Rocket 3, it's made from a single piece of 100mm thick aluminium billet & features 5mm thick compressed carbon fibre inserts & hidden bolts on the final drive assembly.

Well its been a busy start to the year, we've been working on the Turbo R1 & the billet plenum is well underway, it has a water/ air intercooler built into the front half.

A customer recently told us he wanted to use these Ducati Brembo master cylinders on his Oil cooled GSXR750, the only problem was the brembo clutch master only has a 12mm bore, the gsxr stock master cylinder has a 14mm bore. This means the clutch doesn't release properly .

The solution we came up with was a billet 30mm clutch slave cylinder that we've developed to replace the 36mm stock unit.

Now the clutch works perfectly, this unit will work on all oilcooled gsxr's as well as the GSX1400.

We've developed this neat adaptor to simplify things when converting a 1998 ZX9R C1 onwards to fuel injection, it allows the direct fitment of 2008 ZX10R throttle bodies. Fully CNC machined, it uses aluminium clamps to hold the throttle bodies in place & is sealed with O Rings. Some minor blending of the ports is required. Perfect for doing a turbo conversion, the plate is angled to help get the injectors in the optimum position.
