A few months ago Steve, the owner of this CB1000R came to us & asked if we would consider turbocharging it & fit a wide wheel for him, what was interesting was he had only just bought it new 1 week ago, we told him sure why not, & the plan was hatched. The bike was due to be a promotional tool for his Bike clothing business The Kompany. After a few months of head scratching & lots of late nights it's all finished. The bike uses a Rear mounted Garrett turbo, walbro fuel pump, sard regulator, HKS BOV, BXP Billet plenum, AEM piggyback computer & TL1000R injectors used as secondaries. The rear wheel is a 18 x 8.5 Speedy car wheel, on a modified swingarm with a 240x40x18 Metzler tyre. Front wheel is an Aprilla RSV Mille item modified to fit with Buzz Saw disks all round.
