We've just completed a small run of these billet top clamps to suit 99-07 Hayabusa , perfect when converting to a streetfighter or just as a comfort kit conversion. $550 in raw machined finish or $580 anodised Black, supplied with risers to suit either regular 7/8 bars or Fatbars. 08- model avaliable soon also.

There's a considerable weight saving over the standard setup as well.

Makes for a much more comfortable ride...

Something else weve been working on is this billet swingarm for a customers Rocket 3, it's made from a single piece of 100mm thick aluminium billet & features 5mm thick compressed carbon fibre inserts & hidden bolts on the final drive assembly.

Well its been a busy start to the year, we've been working on the Turbo R1 & the billet plenum is well underway, it has a water/ air intercooler built into the front half.
Here's some pic's of the lower half nearly complete.

We tuned the GSX1400 on the dyno today & are very pleased with the results, The bike managed to get 173 Rear wheel Horsepower on just 6 Psi boost. It's an absolute blast to ride with a huge amount of midrange torque. This bike could be used as an everyday bike no problem.

Here's a little video from the dyno, as you can see it makes the power very easily.

We decided to go with one of our BXP Billet plenums on the GSX1400

The plenum uses O rings to seal onto the throttle bodies.

Here you can see the whole setup fitted, some may also notice the relocated power regulator, this is to allow the up pipe & airfilter to fit between the plenum & battery tray.

The time has come to give the 14 a bit more grunt, in this case its in the form of a Garrett ball bearing Turbo

We have decided to use a stealthy rear mount setup, which will give a very linear power delivery, this kind of setup also keeps the clean look at the front , we are using aftermarket stainless headers with a modified mid pipe.

Here is the headers fitted with the turbo in place.
